my friend has one on his gsr motor with the compressor facing the passenger side. he had to grind a lot off his block, and he even grind a bit off the compressor to get everything to fit. on a b16 i can only imagine that it will be a lot worse, possibly impossible. the turbo was a precision t4/t3.

wassup geoff, maybe a stupid comment but arent drag manifolds and turbos all four bolt? i am just guessing the 4 bolt your talking about is from exhaust manifold to turbo... ive only installed gsrs though... and wow dude triming your compressor is not cool... you couldnt grind the block down anymore....

I tried on my B16A DRAG 3 Mani with a Garrett T3/T04E 4 bolt discharge and it didn't fit with the compressor facing the passenger side even if we were to use a second flange, a friend did on his B18B block and they cut a lot off the block, this is when I decided well **** if I am turning the turbo around I might as well get an equal length mani then, thanks Geoff!
EDIT: Also the guy who had the B18B used a second exhaust flange.

Yes it was. Exact specs were T04E 60 trim, .82 A/R turbine housing stage 3, the guy with the LS motor was same but with a .63 A/R turbine housing.
