I believe earl went 10s with even a 54 trim?? correct me if im wrong
As far as the 60-1 t3/t4s go... well thats just a relative t3t4, especially with a "stage 5 wheel". Anyone who runs that turbo runs a t4 in my opinion, but the bragging rights for going 10s on a t3t4 are there. Tons of people have done that...

stOOpid went 10.97 with a t3/4 in a daily driven hatch. littlebluecrx went 10.92 with a 60-1 in a daily driven crx.

We ran a 10.253 at 133.91 at Palmdale with a T3/T4 with 54 trim, StageIII ex. If I remember right, it would not make any more power past 23 lbs of boost. I would imagine that a stage V ex and the largest trim could put you in the 9's if all else was right (which of course it rarely is)
