i got it done at a local shop in jacksonville NC. The weld looked a little sketchy, but i didnt think much about it until i started checking other peoples setups.

well i think that elbow is more designed to attach between the mani and wastegate (for hood clearance) but that setup should be fine, there's just an extra flange in there making it look a little busy

The only other thing you could do is get a rotation adapter plate. It bolts on between WG and mani, but has 2 extra holes 90* from the manifold's holes. The dump tube flange would then bolt on the side for a straight shot to the dump tube.
Currently yours will be fine, just not the most professional looking. If you really cared, you'd be getting a full-race manifold, tial 44mm, etc...
