Has anybody passed emissions w/a non-CARB legal turbo system?
I was thinking of doing a turbo system on either my accord or cl coupe. Only thing is that the state requires an emissions test. How does one get around this without engaging in illegal business? I know I've seen a thread about it some where.

I pased with flying colors in Colorado with my T-25 setup on my ZC.
I'm not 100%, but not all states have a visual inspection. With colorado they just make to see that you kept the emissions equipment (charcol canister, cat...ect)...everything else they don't care about.

The sohc greddy kit with the bluebox was not CARB approved yet when i put in on my 93 Si and i have passed emissions twice with it now with flying colors in canton georgia. I look for the little crap hole side of the street type emiisions places with like just kids that are doing it for part time job or whatever. They don't care enough to even pop the hood. they just hook it up to the sniffer and go.
