Re: Is it hard to install a turbo (mplex2000)
Fisrt hand experience with SenekaGSR's car.. yes it is very doable. Importparts.com also has instructions online now.. but no diagrams . It still is a fairly easy project tho.. just be prepared to buy certain tools.. cuz you'll find along the way that the tools you have just wont cut it. Oh, and common sense plays a GREAT deal on all this! So I hope you have plenty of it! ( I'm sure you do)

D.I.Y! just follow your instructions and if you know the basic parts of the system and where they go it should be very easy. take your time and don't rush the install. after you'll be glad you did it yourself...people may then flock to you for paid installs .

10mm, 12mm, and a screwdriver. You should be set. Those tools will let you do anything from installing a stereo to bleeding the brakes on a Honda

What kind of maintence does a turbo involve?
I think I've heard changing the oil every 2000 miles.. but, anything else? I'm guessing regular compression checks, but.. what else?

Re: Is it hard to install a turbo (nerdish)
just regualr maitaince will be fine 3000 mile oil changes always keep a filter or some sort of screen on the compressor side. Make sure its always clean and well oiled. Always check oil lines for leaks etc otherwise nothing major happens. Usually a turbo with a good amount of bosot will need rebuild around 60k-80k miles.

If you try to do a direct link it will take you to the front page..so what you need to do is go the the main page then click on customer service. From there you will click on the Drag install page.

Not the same car, but it gives you a general idea of the install by someone who's obviously never done it before:
