H23 turbo install finally done
Well, I finished up my custom turbo set-up this weekend and have been driving around. I set the profec b as low as it goes so I am only boosting around .4 bar but it still feels damn nice. I still have to install a couple little things, but after months of my car sitting on ramps undriven, it's nice to be driving with boost. I am going to get tuned on wednesday hopefully, so I will post some dyno sheets then. Thanks to everyone on this board and the search feature - without these I could have never installed all this myself and actually ended up with a running turbo car.

who made your IC piping, looks great! If you made it yourself, can you post your thoughts about fabricating.

I had the intercooler piping, downpipe, and exhaust all done locally at a custom exhaust shop. It took them almost two days to do, but they did a closed loop set-up which added to the fabrication time.
