Default h23 crank/h22 rods/custom pistons

This is my first post but I'm looking for opinions... i had a fully built h22(600+whp) that blew up a rod bearing after 100 miles and destroyed the bottom end.. I'm rebuilding the block with eagle h23 crank, eagle h22 rods, and custom cp 29ch pistons... what do u think about the 1.51 r/s ratio? Do u think this build will have a problem going to 8000-8500rpm(head is fully built)? I'm trying to put down at least 600 whp again. Any opinions about the build are welcome.

Head:
Bc stage 2 turbo cams
Bc ss valves 1 mm oversized
Bc retainers and springs

Old motor setup:
H22 oem crank
eagle rods
89mm Wiseco piston
Darton mid sleeves
ks balance shaft kit

New setup:
eagle h23 crank
Eagle h22 rods
29ch 89.5 custom cp pistons
Ks balance shaft kit
