You always use the same as the block because you dont want the headgasket to be blocking any oil passages or coolant passages. The head wouldnt really matter cuz whereever u wouldnt need it, it would be tapped already

I stiil need to run an oil line from the back of the block to the back of the head like an LS/Vtec correct?

naw just run the h23 head gasket
