Default H22A Turbo or B16 Turbo

I am possibly picking up a 95 Civic Hatch tomorrow, and can't decide which way to go H22A Turbo or B16 Turbo. I know the H22A will make more power, but I want a set-up that will have the least amount of problems. I have been reading the H22A turbos are losing power when they hit VTEC. Any member with these combos your comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

any B series will be good for turbo, less headaches than the H22A, but if you can get around the problems with the H22A, you'll be making a good amount of power. It's all about tuning and time to spend. just my 2 cents

Thanks for the replys everyone. Next question, would it be better to do the B16 Turbo or a B18B Turbo? Just curious which combo would make more power, I know you can boost more on the LS, but I am thinking about using the Inline Performance head gasket if I go with the B16? Any ideas?

My buddy had an H22 in his 93 hatch, installed with a Hasport mount kit, and he just ripped the oil pan and downpipe off of his car. It hangs really low!
