tuning and traction is everything, nevermind the driver.

do whatever you want, they both make lots of power...

h22a turbo should own b18c turbo in power, that's what i believe.

it'll depend on the driver, weight, rev, etc. especially the launch. are you talking about drag or endurance?

Most people I've talked to who have had H22 Turbo setups have had bad luck, not sure how well tuned they were but they all have said the samething "H-series suck for boost". I'd go with the b18c.

You don't have to build the B18c if you run light to moderate boost. If you run more than a little bit of boost on an H22 you have to sleeve it or you are asking for trouble

Also the b18c would be a hell of a lot easier to drop into you car

FIRST OF ALL I WAS THERE AND SEEN THAT RACE????? they were both sfl cars"south florida performance" .the hatch was making 426 hp and 376 tq @14 psi
yeah thought that would get your attention.the car he was running was franks car "owner of sfp" his car had 700+."coupe"

the hatch ran a 11.5 @130 mph so what does that tell you.the coupe broke a axle first time out so he didn't do to good, but the 2nd time out, every gear he was in was just rippin the dam tires off and he ran a 11.6

the hatch has lo 10's maybe high 9's if he can dial it in"michale your one dam great guy".

the coupe?get it dialed in and that thing will pull a lo 9 maybe high 8 .FRANK YOU REALLY KNOW YOUR **** AND IS ONE OF THE NICEST GUYS YOU WILL EVER MEET.

but here is a side note, tell steel to plant some dam trees for some shade ,**** IT WAS HOT DOWN THERE.

and michale if you read this.i am the guy that is doing the 2.6L dp h22 from tenn .it will soon be ready.

The other night, my friend have both b18c1 head and h22 head side by side. You can't tell which by which by just looking at it. They are almost the same side. That gave the conclusion to go with the b18c instead of h22.
