Default H22 turbo setup (good or bad?)

ok, so this is my first turbo setup so I'm trying to make sure I don't mess anything up. After readings lots and looking at parts this is what I've come up with. O by the way this is for a stock jdm h22 in an integra.

1. GT3267 turbo (compressor: 46.4 mm inducer, 67mm exducer. 48 trim, .48 .ar.) (turbine: 64mm wheel diameter, 73 trim, .78 .ar.)

2. Revhard log manifold.

3. Ebay intercooler

4. Greddy BOV

5. RC 550cc injectors. ( too small?)

6. Chipped p28 on crome

7. Walbro 255lb/min fuel pump.

8. Tial 38mm wastegate (.8 bar).

9. AEM fuel pressure regulator.

10. Manual boost controller. (undecided on what brand).

K so that's my list. My goal is to make from 275-300 whp at less than 10 psi and this is for just daily driving fun. Thanks for any help!
-Jason

I'd go with 550s just to be on the safe side, and just in case you want to up the boost a little bit.

Who's going to be doing the tuning on it?

Ok I'll change it to 550's then . What do u think of the turbo is it efficient for my power goals? For the tuning I will probly take it to IntecRacing in Kent Washington. I hear they are really good at tuning boosted/NA honda's though I don't personally know any tuners around here. Just from what I've heard ppl say get it tuned at Intecracing.

have Dave Lee tune it. Hes in Bellingham. I can get you in touch with him... Hes tuned my car and a few friends (making over 600whp). Ive beaten the **** out of mine.. Runs strong, runs clean...

He is the ONLY person I let tune my car. Period.

Now whith Chris gone (Intec), theres no one there id let touch my car. Ricky at Speedfactory can help you out too....

Cant stress that LEED is THE man enough...

Will be tuning my buddies stock block H22 next week.

PS you CANNOT go wrong with a HALLMAN PRO RX manual boost controla'. Get the 255 HP pump too. Im not a fan of the greddy BOV, id go TIAL 50mm... But its up to you.

if you can, get a better exhaust manifold. budget wise the log is fine for a lot of people and alot of people run them without problem. the problem with logs are that cyc 1 and cyc 4 fire at each other. and if you have bigger plans for the future, you'd have to upgrade anyways.

Does Dave Lee work at a shop somewhere in Bellingham? Where is speedfactory?

I'm going with the revhard cause it's cheep and I'm only aiming for 6-10 psi and if I ever decide to upgrade it's only 100 bucks I've wasted as opposed to $500+.

With the Aeromotive one do u need custom lines? And do I even need an adjustable FPR if I'm boosting below 10 psi with 550 cc injectors?

does inline pro make a h22 cast manifold? if they do i would take one of those over a revhard. Why the .48 a/r on the exhaust housing? just curious

Youre actually fine witrh the OEM regulator and rail, as weklll as fuel feed/return.

As far as the turbo it's the best gt32 compressor map I could find on garrett's website. For some reason they only have 3 gt32's listed, and I can't find anywhere where they sell them. What would u suggest I go with? I'm really open to suggestion because this is my first ever turbo setup.

I had a t3/t04b tuned on 440's and maxed out dsm 450's at 9psi. Go at LEAST 550's!

stock regulator, will work fine, i would go with bigger injectors bigger than 550's even, same price why not right?

Dave lee Tuned my h22 as well, runs great makes over 500whp daily driven hes also the ONLY person that i would trust to tune my car hes good, takes his time, reasonably priced, Just dont give him a high boost low boost button in the passenger seat....he WILL use it..haha

Street tune for part throttle, then if you want ... DYNO can be arranged... We tuned mmy **** on the street... At 17 PSI I made 490 WHP... Put it on the dyno, and got another 30 0ut of it on pump at the same boost. End result was 520/370... And on Trick 630/460. The reason I mention that is that the street tune was VERY close.... I can print soje sheets if you like. NICE powerband.

I beat the **** out of my car... It blows a tranny up efvery two weeks or so, walks GSXR 1000s at 21 PSI.... But the [freak]in **** runs like it came boosted from the factory... B20LUDAs car is another example, The Ross monsters making over 650 WHP for over 2 years... Lees STOCK block GSR is making over 450WHP and thrashed regularly too...

HEas the ONLY person that will touch my ****.

Lees THE man
