H22 Turbo Questions
I appreciate your time coming in here, Please advise if I should turbocharge my Stock 93 prelude vtec, is it worth it?. Please be nice on the comment......And for now, this setup is all I have ready to be put on the car plus the cost of tunning with an Hondata S200B.
Setup:
Jdm h22a stock motor
Crp Log manifold
DeltaGate Wastegate 7 psi
Dsm 450cc Injectors
3inch Downpipe
Drag Intercooler
Fireball ignition system
Aftermarket external coil (crane?)
GsR Obd1 P72 Managed by Hondata S200B
AEM Fuel Rail
OBX Fuel Pressure Regulator
Warlboro Fuel Pump 255HiFlo
Warlboro Inline Fuel Pump (came with the old drag kit)
Oil Feed / Return
*Lastly, using a t3/t67 Garrett Turbo 70 compressor N' .82 ar exhaust stage 5 wheel.
I know the turbo is made for high psi usage but since the motor isn't built, I'll be running low boost (i.e. 7 psi). Please let me know if this setup is ethical enough to last too, kind of disturbing running n/a throughout this whole time, F/I is the way to go. Thanks for all your 2 cent.

Get rid of all your ignition stuff and your inline fuel pump....put that money towards some $300 eagle rods and some $450 mahle pistons. And you'll be set for more than 7psi.
Oh, you can save MORE money by getting just a t3/te 60trim .63 a/r turbo. That turbo fits us great for mild applications. Good luck with everything.
For ignition, all you should need are some spark plugs and some good wires. You shouldn't need anythign else for a small setup.

The listed setup is what I have right now including the t3/t67 turbo. I need an idea if this setup is okay to run or is it safe to run besides resleeving and running aftermarket internal.

If your stock motor has good compression then yes it will be capable of running boost at 7psi with that set up, for how long??? that will depend on you and how you drive. Nothing is made bullet proof. With that set up, hondata..etc..etc.. you might even be able to boost up to 9-10 psi on the safe side with good tunning. But not everyday 9-10psi taking it to redline constantly.

Re: H22 Turbo Questions (btrim23)
Ditch the OBX FPR
Ditch the inline fuel pump, you don't need it
Ditch the turbo, it's too big and you'll lag like no tomorrow only running 7psi.
