Default H22 Turbo 317 WHP 7 PSI

I dont get much time these days to post up some of our Builds But I thought I would post up this one . This is a good friend of mine . He has owned this Civic since new . We did the H22 swap many years ago and finally decided to go turbo this year .
I decided to build a custom one off kit for this car . It was a lot of work but I very happy with the outcome .

Its a bone stock H22
Precision SC61
Hondata S300
Bosch 1000cc saturated
Walbro 255HP
7 pounds of boost

Damn, nice numbers for 7 psi. Pretty looking powerband, too.

Thats a sexy *** manifold. Do you ever have any issues with the rubber rad elbow and the DP?

Thanks ! We are very happy with the numbers .
As for the Rubber elbow he has not driven it much yet but I dont see any issue with it it is around 6 inchs away from the manifold . We still have a few things to wrap up before its done .

I love the sidewinders as well . I really wanted to keep the full size radiator and this was the only way I could see being able to do it .

I think with a little more boost this would make 400 + Very easily . But with the known to be weak stock pistons we decided to keep the boost as low as would can for now !

Yea we had the 1000 here so we just used them . Plus it will allow him over 500whp down the road once we build the block up .

Its not laggy at all really . its running straight off the gate so it opens real quick . If we had a ball and spring boost controller in there I think it would spool quicker but at 4k is real nice .
It has a .63 ar exhaust housing with what looked to be similar in size to a stage 5 T3 wheel . I didnt measure it to be exact .
