Default H22 FI vs. H23 FI VTECH or Non-Vtech New Build

Ive been doing alot of homework and research on FI, understanding the basics, I had a 95 accord 2 years ago, show car quality but nothing under the hood to back it up, I am going to start a new project car within a few months (92 - 95 Prelude), it will probally take a good 2 years to complete due to the extent of work I want done to the engine and just out of the pleasure of working on it. It won't be a daily driver howerver I wan't daily driver dependability with a good turbo set-up and a proper tune. Im aiming for a minimal of 350 whp but if I can achieve 400 - 425 I'll take it. I understand the bulid of engine components, sleeves, forged pistons with low compression, head work done - port and polish, angle job, staged cams. My main question is what platform should I build my foundation from, H22 or H23. I would like the Turbo to spool in a higher rpm range like 3500-4000 this will help prevent smoking tires from every red light and achieve strong power in that range. In order to run a turbo in that range, do I need to stay away from vtech? Can I get 350+ whp running turbo in the higher rpm range?, I would asume so being that the power is pushed more towards top end. I want AEM EMS standalone tuning my setup. And the choice for turbo I was looking at Turbotecnics T04E-50 / STG III / .63 A/R. Is there a better choice for the turbo. I've read alot of forums and posts where people say they "heard" of this or "heard" of that. Im looking for educated responses. Thanks

If you post a decision can you support your decision, fact or opinion is fine, as long as its not something dumb like, oh choose vtech cuz the red valve cover looks better.

thanks for the info and the spell check, my mind was fried last night. As far as the others go - if I wanted to deal with tools I would be in my garage.

Is the TO4E-50 a good choice for my turbo and will it interfear with vtec, or does the tuning eliminate issues between the two.
