Default What quality stuff should i be looking for in a build for BOOST...im searching also

Well, my dad and friend just gave me some good info. I was going to tune my car with hondata real soon. I have 149,000 miles on my b18b1. Which could give away sometime soon and I wouldnt want to be out of all that money. This is what I am asknig...... what are some things i should be looking at ......

1. rods (which ones are good...eagle h beams from benimportparts?)
2. je pistons (keep stock compression or bump up?)
3. new head gasket
4. sleeved block ( cheapest price but works good?)

I will be adding to this later on I have to go to work now. Please leave some opinion please.

I assume you are talking about building the block for boost? Or is this just a rebuild?
