He used the Race Engineering pistons and crower rods. But how do you bore a motor with no iron sleeves??

Is it possible to just replace the factory pistons with forged pistons and not hone or bore the block? Will you get a good seal for the rings?

If you can clean up the cylinders and stay within the F22 oversize bore limit (.25 over...85.250-85.260mm, .50 over...85.5-85.510mm).
Per honda factory manual...Reboring limit .050mm max
