Default guys i cant get any help in tech so hear me out..

Im trying to get the flywheel unbolted....how do you keep it from spinning? without damaging the teeth

grab the pulley bolt on the other end.
or get a good strap wrench!

Stick some long bolts in the holes that hold the pressure plate bolts. If you hold the flywheel at this point, you have a huge mechanical advantage since you're gripping the flywheel right near the outside edge.

That's how I got my old one off.
