some people couldnt care less about lag
i actually moved this turbo around the shop on a hand truck. I carried it and it hurt like hell

believe it or not that is how a lot of supra guys run the boost that they do, they actually *want* it to creep. lol
also, Ive always wondered how you guys weld the primaries where they meet the collector with crazy looking manifolds such as these. I cant imagine a torch being small enough to fit in there.

this is basically the same setup that just broke the 8 sec barrier for a 6 speed supra.
ill post some pics of pauls car tomorrow, its so clean and so simple

I was just thinking the one on Paul's car looked about the same size. Hopefully you don't get a hernia from lugging it around.

what supra beat woon? and is that the turbo that is on the msp supra now or has it been on there i wasn't sure since they use turbonetics and thats a garret cuz that thing and i wanna say thing again cuz that is like some kind of freak of nature?

The street tire supra in the pics above still has turbonetics stuff(I believe they are sponsored by them). Geoff is talking about Paul's wifes car which has a big garrett on it.

it was my understanding that the REAL high HP guys like this dont need as big of WG diaphram because they arent bleeding as much boost off, as some guy with a SC61 on a stock SOHC or something hehe....i COULD be wrong, and maybe its not that simple..

dont really have to use a special torch at all. the hard part is tryin to see it
