Default gt3076 on built D16 - need turbine size advice

As usual my project has gotten out of hand and I am now at the point where I have a lot of questions for those that are more experienced than myself when it comes to boosted applications on D Series Motors.

I was planning on running a smaller turbo until I scored a wicked deal on an FP3052 (basically a GT3076 with a custom turbine housing on it that bolts to stock DSM manifold). With that said I need to change out the turbine housing for a T3/T4 on to fit my manifold. My turbo knowledge is not at the level that I would like so I have some questions concerning which housing I should be getting.

The car will be mainly a street car with limited trips to the track. From what I have read up so far the ultimate best housing to go with would be the 63 ar as it will maximize bottom end power but lose on the top end (where I am not overly concerned about giving up power) or is there even a smaller turbine housing that I could swap on. Right now I can get a ceramic coated 82 ar housing locally for a really good price, what I am not sure of is how much approximate low end power would I give up with the larger housing? Another concern that I had was with the turbo hitting like a son of a bitch..hp goals are 400 at the wheels in a gutted ek hatch for this summer and I will turn it up if things stay together, another thing that I am not 100% sure of is it the larger housing also will have the turbo kick in a little smoother and possibly make the car a little more manageable to drive on wet roads. I don't know if I am way off base with this but with the fact that I am running a lightweight flywheel help compensate for a larger turbine ar by helping get the rpm's up a little higher?

Current Engine specs will be be:

Stock bore A6 block
CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
All ARP hardware
ZC Vtec head - ported and polished
crower stage 2 turbo cam
adjustable cam gear
Crower springs and retainers
mini ram manifold
Ported z6 or Edelbrock Performer X manifold
B16b throttle body
7.5lb fidenza aluminum flywheel
currently have 440 injectors but I am gonna look for a set of 750's now

Opinions ideas or suggestions please

For that setup and 400whp, the .63A/R is fine for the 60mm turbine wheel.
