Default GT2971R what will it run?

Unusual set of circumstances have resulted in me having to ask a question in here,
My tuner spec'd a turbo some years ago (2009), we installed and ran the car at waste gate pressure (7psi) for about a year, the idea was to dial the rest of the car in before tuning at higher boost.
Unfortunately, my tuner and best friend unexpectedly died in early 2010, when he passed he took the turbo spec with him.
This is a mail I just received from the guy my tuner purchased the turbo, he had corrupted data and lost the spec as you'll see in the mail and gave me an approximation from memory.

My question, I want to turn up the boost but have no idea of limitation based on information provided?

I run stock sleeved GSR with CP 9:5:1 forged pistons on Eagle rods, ACL and ARP everything,
ITR head, cams, intake manifold and TB

"The turbo you have I believe is one we used to refer to as a GT2971R as it was one we had built for us specifically and sat between a GT2871 and a GT3071.
The problem is that I don't have the full spec any more for this unit. It's listed on our system, but the spec side of it was corrupted about 18 months ago when we had some data loss.
I know it's a 400hp + turbo.
I'm pretty sure it is a 4" inlet and 2" outlet on the comp housing and I *think* this is the basic*spec:
*
Turbine
- Wheel: 53.85mm w/ 76 trim
- Housing: .86
Compressor
- Wheel: 71mm w/ 56 trim
- Housing: .60 A/R
*
I can't recall the full information, but I'm pretty sure we had the turbine clipped for more flow as the 76 trim is a bit restrictive on the 2871.
*
I hope this helps mate?

I know the GT2871R with .60 A/R should be good for (UK flywheel) 400 and a bit HP but with the turbine wheel being clipped will this increase much more?
