Default gt2860rs vs precision sc61

so I have a b16a2 that i am building from the ground up, with a stock head just for now. i am using 81.5mm wiseco 9.0:1 pistons with eagle h beam rods. I've read on the garrett website that the gt2860rs has 2 different turbos. The wheel diameter on the inducer and exducer on the cold side is the same, 47.2mm in an ex 60.0mm. .60ar for both gt2860rs turbos. .86ar and .63ar was the difference for the hot side. the wheel diameter still stayed the same which was 53.8mm on turbine 76 trim. what exactly is the difference between these two turbos and how they would affect top end, and torque wise or whp goals. Also how do they compare to the precision sc61.
