Default gsr turbo spark plugs fouling out

i just finished installing a new timing belt, water pump, arp head studs, head gasket, and a turbo kit on my 98 gsr. the fuel system is a walbro 255 fuel pump, blacktop dsm 450 injectors, stock fuel filter. i went to start it and it started up fine then i let it warm up and took it for a drive but it seems like the fuel is cutting out/hesitates. so i took out all the spark plugs and they were black. replaced them with some new ones it started fine for about 1 minute then the same thing happened. pulled them out they were black. its not tuned and im running a obd1 chipped p28 from phearable and a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness. can anyone help me out on this?

It's running way to rich, u can't run 450cc injectors without a tune, it'll just keep fouling the plugs from to much fuel.

agree with civic_r87111 you need to get it tune on some type of engine management

I would ask phearable for a base map to get it to the shop. You can also ask your tuner to get your a base map also.
What will you be tuning your car on?

If he has 550's and u have 450's then u will b running lean then but if u just cruise it easy then u may make it, hard to say exactly without looking at the AFR with a wideband. If I had to guess ur AFR's would be in the 17's which is getting dangerous.

you shouldnt have to upgrade anything. A lot of it is up to the tuner and what he think is safe, but 300 should be an achievable goal.
