GSR-T with Type R internals on head
i Hear that Typer R motors drop valves when on boost, now the only thing i can think of is that heat is the problem, because the intake valves are skinnier in the flow area than gsr valves.
so my question is... is it safe to put in Type R internals on my head, and boost (7 pounds) like i'am now or more. i got the internals for free so hey.
TYPE R JDM
springs/retainer
valves
cams

Re: GSR-T with Type R internals on head (TurboEG19)
never heard the droppin valves one before. i think you should probably not listen to whoever told you that.
search around and read up on "gsr cams" in the forced induction forum there are comparison tests on the GSR cams versus ______ cams. then you can gauge wheter its worth the change to you
