Default GSR Swap... maybe LS block instead?? help thanks.

OKay here's the situation. I have a B16 motor now, i want to run a B18 block. I dont want to hassle with the LS conversion bullshit, but i know it will be fine once put on and be strong as well. I dont want any down time either with no driving. So i was thinking this... i can get a block for $300 or... i can get a FULL GSR motor for $1000-1200. what would you do? Just take the GSR and rebuild it? thats what im thinking. So i can continue to drive my car now, take the GSR apart, which i dont really want to do, then sleeve it, bore, pistons, rods ect... but what about the head? Is the GSR head any better than the B16 i have now? what should i do, with the parts i will have? You get what im saying? For the motor that im gonna make the beast, what parts should I use to build it having both of these motors. B16A2 and B18C1. I.E, B16 head, but with GSR manifold, ect.. PLus the GSR tranny would be better correct. this is going to be for a turbo in the future as well.

Another thing... what about the dual runners on the intake manifold for the GSR, what will happen to that when trying to use the Si ECU? Once i switch over to Hondata i wont have to worry about it? what tha hell is the dual runners for, advantages? i did my searching so here i am. thanks for any help!

I forgot to add, when i buy my turbo kit, what do i buy it for?? the 99Si or B18C motor? It seems to be easier to keep the B16 head, being that when i buy **** that has to do with the Si, and exhaust, everything should match up. What would i do in this situation as well.
