gsr cams vs usdm type r cams
which ones are better for my turbo ls vtec i own somes gsr ones but my buudy is selling me his usdm type r ones for cheap need opinions

The dyno has proven that ITR cams are better suited to holding tq at higher rpms than GSRs... The newer ITR/CTR 00+ Cams are even better than the older ones.

Honestly the easiest thing to do is a search in the FI section here. And search through. I am writing from personal experience, I ran GSR cams and peak tq hit around 320 then tapered down to 270, now running ITR cams my tq holds steady at 305 for around 30000 rpms.
