gsr cams will make more power against b16 cams, however the gains are nothing CRAZY. your best bet is to get ITR cams if you want a good upgrade.

not worth it unless its free, even then i dont think its worth the price/time

PM me for some deals on blox stage 1's which i will guarantee good power gains. 10-15 WHP if not more. depending on the setup.

ummm, i got a set of good condition gsr cams for 40 bucks, they are out there just keep looking for a few weeks.

i wouldnt be suprised if you gained over 10 hp in spots.

for 50 bucks and an hour or 2 of your time if u do the work yourself. why not(unless of course you have a few 100 bucks just burning a hole in your pocket)

i went from b16 cams to gsr cams like a week ago and i still cant get into vtec because it detonates. And all i did was change the cams. But according to jeff evans on a 300whp motor changing from b16 to gsr cams should make 20whp. i bought my cams for 35 bux.

I agree. Best mod you can get for 50 bucks. I too have a 1st gen b16. More valvetrain noise but ohh well. Clerances are good.

sorry to bring this back up from the dead....but i snagged a 99si head. I can get gsr cams for next to nothing from a buddy. Are the si cams any good for turbo, or just slap the gsr's in still (from a 95 gsr)
