its not about cops its about the emmisions. By the way cali is nice but damn i wanna live in a place where i can do anything to my cars.

just paint the intercooler flat black and dont drive like an *** and they will never know! as for emmisions just take off all of your piping and get some custom piping for the intercooler and blowoff valve. then when it comes smog time just put it back on what came with the stock kit with no intercooler or blowoff and your set! good luck!
