Default Greddy SOHC turbo coupe for road racing/auto-x?

I made a thread in Road Racing/Autocross, but I'd like to hear some input from you guys. My mods are:

-Exedy Organic racing clutch, stock lightened flywheel
-B&M short shifter
-Greddy SOHC turbo kit (15G turbo, small like a T25, spools at 2800 , full boost by 3800)
-stock cat, stock exhaust
-DRAG III FMIC
-stock cooling system, brakes, tires, wheels, etc.
-currently running 6.5 psi, intercooled

Here's some of the products I'm looking at buying (throw out recommendations please!):

Pads: Axxis metal masters
Rotors: OEM blank rotors (or Brembos if they're WORTH it)
Lines: Stock for now, possibly Goodridge SS
Fluid: ATE Super Blue or Motul 600
Wheels / tires: This is where it gets tough. Here are my options:
- 16" Kosei K1's without tires (I buy the tires - most $ option)
- 15" GSR blades w/ 205/50/15 ES100's (90% tread - $500 local)
- stock steelies (14" or 15") with 195/60/14 or 205/50/15 Azenis ($350 shipped for 15" wheels/tires, or $300 for 14" tires mounted on my stock wheels)
Cooling: Water Wetter (is it really worth it?), possibly VTEC del sol dual core if overheating happens too often

Where do I go from here? it's not really about having the max HP for me, I just want to be able to have some good lap times and have fun too.

Edit: LOL....completely forgot the suspension setup.
-H&R Sport springs w/tokico blue shocks
-front and rear upper strut bars
-rear lower tie bar (where can I find a front lower tie bar? and is it needed?)
-still shopping for a good swaybar setup

In the other thread, I asked for advice geared more to braking, suspension, etc. For this thread, I want it to focus on how to get the most out of the turbo setup without killing my motor. Any good advice welcomed.

We're doing something similar, building a solo II / solo I monster. Using a D16Y7, can't switch motors or we go to modified.. should get more power than we can use anyway. Using SRP pistons and Eagle rods.

Water Wetter Works.

The biggest thing we have to select is the choice of intercooler and turbo.. the engine is being built now in the basement.. I think we are going to use a tubular manifold. I was going to go with a T28 turbo but might go to a T3.. we do not want lag past 3000-3500rpm, or it'll hurt us - we want be worrying about traction in second out of turns, not lag.

We're looking for between 200-250 whp. The engine will have to survive lapping though, so we're probably going to put in an oil cooler and radiator upgrade as well. A 2 minute solo II course is pretty rough.. worse than the solo I's.

go with axxiss ultimate pads instead of the metal masters. They are much better

And Cobalt's GT pads are better still...

Regular oil changes with a good synthetic.
The previously mentioned oil cooler is a good idea, too.
