Re: greddy profec b spec II (blueintegra)
Read the instructions carefully, looking at SET GAIN & GAIN respectively.
If you don't have the instruction book, here you go.
http://www.greddy.com/img/PHP/products/pdf/682.pdf.
Read slowly, and carefully..
GL. You'll get it.

turn the EBC on and try these settings
Set - 0
Gain - 10
Set Gain - 0
see if it holds wastegate spring pressure, which im assuming is 7psi as you mentioned earlier. if that works then we know the EBC is working. to get to 10psi you can simply increase the SET to about 15 or 20. now im not saying you should do that b/c you are only tuned for 7psi so increasing boost could hurt the motor. but when you go back to the tuner you should be able to get consistant boost.

Re: greddy profec b spec II (blueintegra)
i had one of these once, had everything set up properly, even spoke wtih greddy on it numerous times and the thing would never work properly. This was years ago.
hated the spec II ever since.
Went back to the old profec b, which they brought again as the profec type s after all the spec 2 complaints, lol.
let me know if you get it, i'm interested to see what the problem was.

You don't know how to work it because you're not reading carefully. The link for the manual is posted above. Please take some initiative, and read the instructions. You're intelligent enough to install the device, please continue your education by reading the instructions more carefully, and test as needed.
C'mon man, do SOME work here...

yeah read over the instructions a few times. they can be confusing but once you get it, the profec b is a really nice ebc.
again for reference. my settings for 10psi on my tial .5 bar spring
set-22
gain-10
those are really the only 2 settings you need. set gain can be played with later.
