Greddy Oil Filter Sensor Attachment. What fitting to use?
I just bought a Greddy Oil Adapter and it has the two fittings w/ the allen key plugs, and one larger one that has the bolt plug.
I bought it because the fitting that I'm using for the oil feed is where the oil sensor connects, and the person I bought it all from gave me the wrong fitting, so I'm losing oil.
Well, I went to two hardware stores and an autoparts store and none of them have the correct sized fitting. I assume it is metric.
Could someone tell me what size the two smaller allen key fittings are and what size the larger one with the bolt plug is? And where can I find fittings online?
I just need one fitting that has the hose barb on the end so I can setup my oil feed.
Thanks HT
Nick

Well, I went to go to the store to buy oil, a filter and a fitting. I got to the store, bought the filter and oil, then I went outside to get the adapter to see if they had the correct fitting. I was talking to my stepdad and had left it on the roof of my car.
After awhile of looking around in the grass by the end of my driveway I finally found everything.
Went to the hardware stores and couldn't find a fitting.
Got home, got out of the car and closed the door. Let my dog out of his pen and went back to the car to grab my smokes. I had locked the door. Keys are in the passenger seat.
After some jimmying with a crowbar and some screwdriver looking thing I managed to crack the window a bit and proceeded to use some wire I found around the house to finally pop the lock.
Now I'm sitting in my chair wondering if I should just go back to sleep until tomorrow.

Need to find this out soon. I've looked at a few sites and none of them say what sized fitting I need.

I searched around for hte answer to the same question a long time ago. I found out that the smaller port is a 1/8 BSPT. The back of the Greddy oil filter packaging said 1/8 PT, but I guessed it was BSPT, cause if you look you'll see a lof of Greddy gauges and stuff have measurements in metrics. The instructions on my Greddy packaging was in Japanese too, so that's another resaon why I thought it was BSPT/metric.

BSPT = British Standard Pipe Thread
It's like the metric equivalent of NPT or national pipe thread. The stock oil pressure sender port is a good example of a 1/8 BSPT. You might be able to find an adapter for BSPT to NPT. The best type of adapter would be a 1/8 BSPT male to -3 AN male (or -4 AN if you are using -4 AN oil lines).

Alright, I think I figured it out.
I'm going to get the following:
1/8" BSPT male to 1/8" NTP female
1/8" NTP male to 1/8" or 1/4" barbed fitting
This should be good since I'm using rubber hose for a feed.

I found the fittings I need. Cost me $15 and some change. This is the website I used:
