Default Greddy kit@stock boost -> intank or inline pump?

I'm going to be running the blue box at 5.5-6.5 psi. I'm wondering, first of all, do I need to upgrade my fuel system at all (can I run a stock pump), and secondly if I do need to upgrade my fuel pump, do I go intank or inline for a blue box setup?

Greddy gives you everything you need but if it was me i would go with a walbro 255. Sometimes those inline pumps push a little to much. Hard to tune.

It's always a good idea to get a better fuel pump and then tuned. As far as inline vs intank, I say go with the intank. I have had bad experiences with inline. They were extremely loud. You can hear the roaring(yes it was not a whine but a roar) at 80 on the highway. Once I switched to a walbro intank, it got alot quieter and I love it.

since the greddy kit does not come with anything that raises fuel pressure. i think the stock pump is adequate.

i have the stock pump and they are fueling my 310cc injectors just fine (came with greddy kit)

but now that i am maxing out the 310s at 100% duty cycle, now i am leaning out. but thats the fuel injectors problem, not the pump. you shouldnt have this problem with a "stock" greddy setup.

he's using the "blue box" (fmu), raises fp quite a bit

so if I get a 255 intank, will I need to upgrade my injectors too? using the blue box and running 5-7psi. Or can the stock injectors handle that?

doesnt the kit come with everything you need?
As far as the blue box is concerned i havent heared anything good about it.
I would buy an intank and some injectors with either an ems or hondata for replacement for the blue box down the road, when you can afford it.

I am running a holley inline pump with no problems at all, but it is loud. You will be fine with stock injectors at that boost level with the blue box. I would not push the blue box more than 6 psi on the d series motor. It starts to lean out. If you are able to, go with hondata and some 440's. It was the best thing i have done to the car.

the blue box does not raise the fuel pressure. That is vacuum operated and mechanically controlled VIA FPR. The blue box increases injector pulse width.
