Go with the Power FC. I have the E-Manage and am not all that wild about it. I would say buy wichever one the tuners in your area are farmiliar with.

I don't know much about the Power FC, but I know the E-Manage is a pretty powerful tuning tool. It controls injector pulselength to control fuel deliver and can raise and lower it by 40% in either direction with the support tool. With optional harnesses you can also control timing.
