Greddy blue box..................worth the time?

i personally think it did the job well with the greddy kit. If you step up to bigger injectors, the kit doesn't work as well. I think it's desinged to work with stock injectors. I would personally just go with the setup that inline pro uses. 440's, vortech fmu, map defensor, and a V or S afc.

i can't give actual hp numbers because i never dyno tuned here. This car is an automatic and when i just had i/h/e cam gear and pulley i was only pulling mid 17's. When i put the turbo on @ 5psi she pulled 14.9 almost 3 second difference. Well we are now at 8psi, but my automatic tranny is slipping so i can't give an accurate time. But she did a best on friday of 15.2. But now we are swaping to a gsr and plan on running low 12's high 11's right out the box.

the Blue Box for the SOHC was actually worth the time, but as far as I have seen, the DOHC version for the SI is *almost* worthless. many people are having CELs and other trouble from the box. check out clubsi.com where they bash the SI blue box constantly. among other things.

some guy on here is running 12's with a sohc and blue box with bigger injectors (310's) in a hatch at 10lbs
It seems that the dohc blue box just needs more fuel to compensate when u start to up the boost and let it breath more (i.e. bigger downpipe, bigger exhaust)
