Default Greddy 15g turbo, which FMU set up?

I got a used 15g turbo for my 98 civic, and I am planning to boost about 7psi. I want to use a FMU since I am not planning to boost higher. I am on a budget and don't want to do vafc hack or anything like that. The guy that sold me the turbo used a Vortech 12:1 FMU, but he was running rich, and he went through 3 o2 sensors within 2 yrs. I was wondering, what is the best way for me if I use want to boost 7psi. Should I go with a Fuel pressure regulator, or should i try something like a 10:1 FMU because I dont want to run too rich and kill my cat and o2 sensors.

Racepak, he's on budget(see his quote below). He wanted to know if he can boost 7lbs on an FMU without hurting is engine and o2.

On an FMU i would run 5lb maybe 6lbs max.........if you do more than that, I think you'd be putting too much stress on the fuel components (ie. injectors, lines, pump). You can get a chipped ECU and some decent size injectors for a reasonable price.......BUT the tuning would cost you.

This quote is from a member on h-t(the rules for turbocharging):

Cheap and fast isnt reliable
Reliable and cheap isnt fast
Fast and reliable isnt cheap

for 30 bucks you could chip your ecu and run a crome/uberdata basemap that will be 1000X better than an fmu...

edit i saw you have a 98, sucks for you
