i have a greddy 15g on my z6 and was wondering about how much psi of boost will you need with this turbo to get 200whp? anyone have this experience with a 15g?

im at 181 with 7lbs,but thats with a dohc zc. I would think with a kteller downpipe and a pound more, id be over 200

thats great but id like to know how many pounds on a stock z6 you need to achieve 200whp.

on 9-10lbs a buddies DX hatch did 193 whp on a s-afc

so with decent tuning 10lbs will make 200whp

okay so people know how much on a d15b7 and zc and everything else...but no one has ever put a 92-95 ex/si greddy kit on a ex/si??

we used the 92-95 kit on the 99 y7 DX and made the 193 whp on 10 psi

it will take 10-12psi on a z6 to hit 200whp with greddy 15g.

its all about tuning and air flow bigger turbo's make more power with less boost example a 15G might make 200 whp on 10 pounds when a 20G might make 200whp on 7pounds all about air flow I have a friend tuning with only a fuel pressure regulator and ran a 12.6 he got 3 hours on the dyno went to the track and ran a 11.8 in conclusion its all about tuning and air flow just put the set up on and work with it till you put down 200

I don't think there is a solid answer to your question.....There is no single PSI that will obtain a set amount of horsepower. It is dependant on your engine, fuel management and the tuning. And every engine is different, 2 engines of the same engine stand build by the same person can have distinctly different characteristics. Just take it to the dyno and see where your motor makes 200hp.

10 psi with a somewhat aggressive tune, 11-12 with a little safer tune....
