I just read that entire thing and realized they didn't talk at all about flow efficiency with the manifold or charge pipes. They are considered the extensions of the turbo that make it work. Why does no one talk about this? I have one book that even mentions it. Another book mentions on how to cool down the charge other than intercooling. Never have i seen anything on the internet about these topics.
