Got the walboro now need help tuning turbo GSR myself!!!
I got the BBK/Walboro high pressure pump. Paid $140. Nice pump is all I can say.
Trouble is here: I have the pump. 12:1 FMU (i think) t3/t4 hybrid custom sfp intercooler piping, spearco intercooler. My car's delta waste gate opens at 6psi at 4000k then the motor starts hesitating when climbing 6000k and then jumps erradicaly to 7000k.
Im gonna get NGK copper since Im still using platinums with like 40K (stock wires btw)...these things never die! If that doesnt solve it then im gonna get an ignition 6AL. I already changed the cap and rotor and its got new Mobil 1 oil. If its still hesitating im taking it into the shop. !!!!The car is also in desperate need of a valve job. Any one think of anything else or just these three things? Trying to solve the problem before I take it to the shop and just say "Here Fix it!"

how much of a gap are you running on your plugs? lower your gap, see if that helps.

Damn, you got jacked on that price. Should have asked where to get them. Can be had for some $30 less than what you paid.
Oh yeah. Check your fuel filter and regap those plugs. Should just get a colder plug to begin with--platinum plugs suck, they are only good for longevity. Might want to check the Deltagate too, might be in need of a rebuild. Also how many check valves are used on the MAP, if any? If thats your route, then I believe its common to use 3.
The 6AL really wont do anything for you, not on such low boost.

Yea plugs are going to get changed first....the platinums suck donkey nuts for turbo. Thanks for advise on the gaps everybody.
btw I didnt get jacked on the pump. It sucks that you think that way. I paid the extra $30 knowingly because the shop is close to my house and I wanted it the same day. Shipping would have been $10-15 anyways. I wouldnt negotiate for the $30 either from the shop. It makes me look cheap. They are a good shop and Id like to stay a good customer of theirs than seem like a cheap whinney bastard over the price of a pump. Id rather pay full price on crap like this and negotiate later on tuning the Hondata 3b or install of pistons and rods!
