Default got oil cooler....now what? :(

well,
i got the oppurtunity to jump onto an oil cooler, it was used 5 days, and the engine it was on blew, so i got it free, yes brand new. with SS inlet and outlet lines. even has a mini 3" fan that i can mount to the front with a toggle switch to cool it down even more.

my question is, well basically im lost, where do i tap for the inlet and outlet? how do i get the oil to the cooler, and return it back to the original "cycle"

i know, its a stupid question, but i dont know?

i think u need a sandwich plate adapter that goes in between the block and oil filter...the adapter should have 2 ports for u to connect the oil cooler lines

thats the only way i know of doing it....wel maybe you can run it off your turbo oil feed line........but it might take a little longer to get the oil to the turbo on initial startup, but i dont know. i would go wioth the plate like quaalude said.hth

I just ordered one from this place. Pretty cheap at around 24.00. They are on the East coast somewhere. Should get to you quickly.
