golden eagle sleeves are great - rob is very helpfull - so is ted. but lack's to call customers back for follow up calls. The only problem I had was when i requested for a spec. motor build report - I got nothing but and parts manufacture. However, ever company has their problems. I recommmend there sleeve versus JG and other manufacture. Plus, GE is most likely to help you if **** goes wrong.

Re: (GoldenEagleMfg.com)
GE I have 12,000 miles on my GE block, nothing could be better. I origionally bought some rods off them and they sent me some for the wrong motor. Without even questioning, Vince sent off the new ones and then scheduled to have someone come pick up the wrong rods from my house. I have heard of only maybe 5 people at most on the net who have had a problem with them, and heard probably close to a thousand who had great success with their GE block. You won't be dissapointed.

There is a shop i know that is about 3 hrs from me that said they will do it for like 900 bucks? Does that sound right. I want to be able to push 15psi with no problem..will that work..with a gsr engine 9.5 comp...and some crower rods?

I know that those sleeve are good for overboring, but until where it stay reliable? I mean a 3mm overbore is too much or is still a good base to get some hard boost? 20+ maybe nitrous!??

84mm is about as far as you would want to go safely (on any manufacturer's sleeve) for any turbo B motor. You can go bigger for all motor use.

Fast, cheap, reliable..............pick 2. No other way about it. If your so worried about paying for quality then your in the wrong hobby. Take up chess or water polo or something.

Re: (earl)
hehe, it would be hard for me to have a 84mm bore since my stock bore is 87mm it's a h23 , but I asked goldeneagle... and it seems like a 2mm overbore would be ok for a turbo/nitrous use, so 89mm bore, wich will be good, since I need displacement to help the spool of my turbo
btw, no way I will ever cut any corner on my setup, so like 84LSivic said, if you want cheap part you're not in the right hobby. I prefere to take my time and take 1-2 year to make a good setup and take the time to have enoughe money to buy evry best part I can, cause i'll be better like this since it will cost me less in repair after

Yea i dont see how they could sink. They are built so they sit on the old sleeves which are cut shorter and enlarged. Then the new sleeves are pressed in. They cant sink..there is nowhere for them to go since they sit on the bottom of the block.
I have GE block...mm..soo pretty!
