what would be the cost of all this pluse shipping and labor from golden eagle?

I got very similar work done to my LS bottom, bill was about $2600 or so. Plus I had to factor in shipping to and from Hawaii, which was an additional $200~$250. I got my bottom bored out to 84mm, with all the options that you listed.
