Default Going turbo. Going to run 9psi. 2.25 exhaust to small?

Well like the title say's can I still stick with my 2.25 exhaust. I'll be running 9 psi so it's a low boost application. Just wanted to know if I could still run my 2.25 mandrel bent SS cat-back. It's only a couple of months old and I didn't know I was going to turbo at the time. It has a straight flowing muffler (fart can type) and it's a magnaflow. It would be nice if I could keep it and still be alright when I boost. Any opinions or help is welcome.

yep. i had a greddy evo catback. it wasnt bad and i ran it up to almost 12 psi. now i switched back to a stock exhaust (still with 3" downpipe) for a few until i can install my cutout. I lost about 2 psi, a good deal of spool time and noticeable power. a/f didnt change too much, so pretty much the only thing its gonna hurt is spool time and power.
