going turbo with bad valve seals?
i have a d16a6 in my crx with an hf tranny.the valve seals are going and ive tried to find some to replace them but had no luck at the parts store.i just replaced the water pump and timing belt and i was trying to see if anyone has turboed a motor with the valve seeals bad and wat it did or if it didnt turn out to well.i have the hf tranny so i wont be in boost much and ill only be running 5 pounds....any ideas???

Excessive oil can lead to hot spots, which leads to detonation, which leads to the condtion called "stock motor carnage pic thread y0!". The people backing CP pistons surmise too much oil getting on the intake side of the pistons heats the piston until it melts the (now-removed) thin section around the reliefs.
In other words, you'll be much more limited by that oil than the gas or pistons or turbo. Worst case, you'd have to find another head that was known to work fine. They are all of $150 for one in that condition.
