Going Turbo; who to trust??

I've finally decided to go turbo on the R after many months contemplating selling it to get an STi/EVO. Anyone here from the Chicago area that can help me figure out what's a good TRUSTWORTHY shop?? After hearing about all these thefts, I'm reluctant to let anyone near my car! What do you guys suggest I do?? Should I build the original motor and turbo that or should I buy a B16 and work from there?

sell it for a d15, jk if you have another car or dont mind the downtime build the orignal motor

i'm in chicago...my brother and i build turbo kits.

PM me if your interested in any work.

we work in a VERY safe area. nobody in my town has even heard of an ITR. our house/garages are fenced off also.

at very least i could offer you some suggestions as to where to send your engine, etc.
