Going back to the dyno... want to set static iginition to 16deg.... how 2 ?

Hey all normaly i just grab the timing light and pull the dissy back or forward untill i can read the correct valve, but apparantly there is a jumper option somewhere on the wireing harness which ignores the ECU iginition input... is this the case of not ? bc iv looked for a blank plug to short out.. and can't find **** all...
