Default getting white smoke at idle, even after car has been running...

like the tittle says:

its 90degrees here outside. i drive it for 20miles to work and let it sit and idle for a few minutes and i notice white smoke coming out of the exhaust. when i drive the car around town it seems to run alittle hotter than im used to, but i may be paranoid. water temps after i drove the car for 15minutes at 80mph w/ ls 5th gear were around 190-200degrees. i have enough coolant/water in the radiator, every couple weeks i have to refill the overflow tank to half full. i also get alittle oil leak from the corner of where the block and head meet. #1 cylinder left to right.

I have 2 catch can breathers. one coming from the crank case and one from the valve cover and i still get this white smoke. ive done some research and ive seen the cause may be:
1) headgasket
2) block chipped during the build

i have ARP head studs
t3/t4 .63 a/r 60trim garrett @ 22psi
i race the car and drive the car pretty regularly

thanks

local shop said check the compressor housing see if there is any oil in the inlet of the filter or charge piping. if so the seals may be bad in the turbo.

also if there is too much oil in the oil pan it may be burning it. i have a 1/4" of oil over the full point on the dipstick. ill drain alittle out and see. will keep yall posted.
