Default Getting My Car Dynoed, Anything I Can Tune?

Ok I'm getting my car dynoed in two days, here's the current setup

1995 Acura Integra LS (B18B) Non-Vtec

Engine Modifications
Precision T03/T04 Turbo
TurboSmart Wastegate (35mm)
SRP Manual Boost Controller (7psi)
Inline Pro Turbo Manifold
Precision Pro Intercooler
Greddy Type-S Blow Off Valve
Vortech Fuel Management Unit
Walboro 255lph In-Tank Fuel Pump
Aluminum Piping
Turbo Blox Missing Link
Custom Racing Downpipe
Custom Straight Pipe
Ractive Muffler
OBX Breather Filter
OBX Intake Filter
NGK Spark Plugs- One Step Colder
10W30 Mobile One Synthetic Oil
Stock B18B (LS) Internals
B&M Sport Short Throw Shifter
Energy Suspension Shifter Stabilizer Bushings

I have no air/fuel controller, or boost controller. So I was wondering what, if anything, I could tune. If not, then cool.

Anyone care to make a guess at what my car will dyno? HP and Torque Specs.

i wouldnt w/o some kind of boost controller. just watch if your creeping or spiking or what not. You dont need your regular A/F ratio unless it is set up for a wideband O2 sensor.

You can tune your FMU, timing, and boost.

There should be an adjustment screw, that you screw in and out, with probably a hex wrench.

You got a boost controler right there??
You really cant tune **** with out any magement system.
Just static fuel press if you have an AFPR like the B&M or aem unit. Thats about it
If you are obd1 and are on a budget just get urberdata and pull some timing and massage the fuel a little bit if you cant affort injectors. Maybe some dirt cheep prelude injectors will give you a bit more control

Some FMU's are adjustable - others arent.

And how come you say you have no boost controller - but then you list it in your mods?

Dont worry about tuning - jus tmake sure its running right with proper AF #s.

Good luck

the vortec FMU is not adjustable. cartech is however. I hope your air fuel curve is better than that guy who posted his FMU'd car a few weeks ago. scary stuff

you have quite a few mods there but nothing really to control them all..look into hondata, uberdata, AEM EMS, or any other fuel management systems before hitting the dyno because it will save you money in the end because you wont have to go back...

O yea that's right I do have the manual boost controller set at 7psi. I meant the electronic boost controllers that can control gear specific boost levels and other options like that. The boost controller i have is set and 7 and will boost to 7psi and hold. So i will be doing my dyno runs all at 7psi. Unless I can get my hands on some c16 or 101 octane and above. By the way do you reccomend turning up the boost with 92 octane pump gas and a bottle of octane booster? Say maybe up to 10-11psi? And about the FMU, it is a Vortech Fuel Management Unit, it does have a little hex screw on the top, but does it really need adjustment? I do not have a Fuel Pressure Regulator, so no adjustments there.

Ahh, I guess that could be. Both the ones I had were, JR and the Vortech SFMU. Both via the diaghrams and the adjustment screw.

I'll take a wild guess at your power. 190 WHP, 160 TQ. Let us know how it goes.

I hope to break 200 HP, and at least 180 Torque, but we'll see how it goes, the dyno is tommorow. I'll be posting the charts here tomorrow night.
