I have a '94 GSR turbo (DRAG t3/t4) with stock internals. An article that my teg was in from the last owner said it had a Type R head, but he never mentioned this when selling to me and not sure how I'd tell. Anyway, only other mods are 6AL ignition system, and in line fuel pump. Just blew stock injectors before winter. Currently running (or not running) on 7 psi. I want to build my bottom end to handle 22-26 psi, so that I can achieve say 425-550 hp. Just wondering what are some good combos for bottom end rebuilding (obviously pistons, rings, rods, maybe necessary crank mods?). Also, what kind of flow rate for RC injectors should I look for? Pretty much list anything and everything that should be upgraded to safely handle 22+ psi and handle 450+ hp.

also, my exhaust mani is rusted to hell, thanks to a my vented hood, which is being replaced anyway. i know lovefab is popular, but also pretty expensive. is there any other way of retaining my air conditioning (which is currently not working anyway)?
