Default Getting exhaust done in Cali - any help with smog issues?

I will be turboing my GSR 99 civic soon. I will need to get a preferably mandrel bent 3" exhaust with high flow cat, resonator, and es tuning muffler on it. Any ideas on how to go about this? I do not weld, and I know shops will give me problems with the legality of what I want done. What does everyone else do in California to get this done?

if you can find a shop near you that does welding i dont think they'd have any objections to hooking it up for you, its not like you need to go to a smog check center just to get something welded on. or just find a friend that knows how to weld

tell em its for off road use. throw some swamp boggers on there before you roll up. just tell them its a track car if they give you grief. money is money and the economy the way it is you should not have a problem
