General Question: What is the HP limit of a B18 Sleeve in this day and age?

I just want to know the stock sleeve hp limit for a b18 im NOT GETTING MY BLOCK SLEEVED so I dont want this to turn into a "just get your block sleeved" arguement.

Do not take the car over 320whp-360whp (We understand dynomometers do read differently, so this is a general rule). This measurement is based upon power to the wheels, and not the crankshaft. If you plan to go higher than that, there are other alternatives like the CSS CNC WERX (up to 500whp) and then sleeving is required.

CSS blocks are now doing 1100hp plus on some builds, they rate them for 700 plus now

Just as a footnote for anyone that may read this in the future, B20 blocks are not benefited nearly as much from the CSS guard as B16 or B18 blocks are, due to the siamese cylinder liner between #2 and #3. The CSS process can't do anything about that weak link.

It's also important to bore a cylinder after getting the CSS process completed, which puts that thin middle sleeve into even more jeopardy. It's fine for a N/A build, but I wouldn't go that route for FI (with the B20).

It really depends how much of lag you can withstand. Bigger turbo will make more hp with less efford. Water methanol injection helps a LOT.
If your using a divided s366sx with a divided top mount on water methanol injection id say 500whp maybe 600.
If your using a GT2871 28 PSI on a mini ram on 91octane youll crack it on 350whp .

With a blockguard you can make more than 500 I have seen plenty cars on 500++ on dynapack.

Those that know my position are aware of why I don't subscribe to that amount of power reliably or repeatedly. I'll leave it at that. This was about the stock block.

no doubt, and I agree around the 300-350 range (tuned properly) is a good stopping point for a street car on stock/unmodified sleeves. Any high output motor will be limited in life

400whp going on 10K miles with the build so far.... stock sleeves, forged internals.

Good tune and E85 helps.
