GEN2LS's 500whp 93 octane GSR progress build
My recent dyno session with James @ J.Mills Tuning
500hp pump gas setups seem to be the norm now is what my tuner said, and to think 15 years ago 500whp on a street car was rare.
Setup
84mm GE sleeved GSR
Arias 9:1/Eagle Rods
Laskey valve job, supertech valvetrain
01 Spec ITR cams
Skunk2 IM w/stock TB
Precision 600hp IC
HKS SSQV
Full-Race Topmount
Tial 44mm gate
Garrett GT3037R .63 housing
3in downpipe mated to 3in exhaust through vibrant muffler
Hondata S300 v2
4 port Mac solenoid wired into hondata for boost by gear
93 octane pump gas
On the dyno graph
Blue is 9psi
Red is 18psi
Green is 19psi
would have liked to have seen 6psi in 1st gear for traction purposes but getting minor creep at lower boost pressures. Wg spring in is currently a 5.8lb spring.

Cool build man, I saw this on Facebook recently. I love the rpf1s on a white integra- looks good. Would you recommend jmills? I'm considering having my current build tuned by him.

car drives great, really smooth under normal driving. Having the boost by gear the car is still violent when boost comes in but not nearly as bad as before. Also my 205 nitto's arent doing much for traction and it's still fairly cold here so once spring hits traction will be better and I hope to aquire some 225 Toyo R888's by then. Car def hauls *** though big difference vs previous tune, top end is scary car feels like the power just keeps climbing.
Car is running a stock 210,000 mile gsr trans with a old school shimmed OBX LSD.

+1 for James Mills. Had two motors tuned by him when i lived at Camp Lejeune. Nice little shop and very knowledgeable. Is he still located in Franklinton?

yep still in Franklinton! I'm stationed up at Dover AFB but have family in North Carolina so I visit every so often. I pass by Quantico every time I come down how is it being stationed there? Lots of FBI agents around??

You gotta love a clean, no-wing 3G Teggy with a ton of punch under hood. This is my kind of car. Great job GEN2LS.

Thank you sir, it looks good from far away that's about it lol.
Thanks man, appreciate the kind words
nice! sounds like a pretty nice gig! I'm heading to Korea later this year, would love to land a special duty stateside close to home like recruiting... unfortunately the AF plans to keep me overseas for a bit so I'm excited yet not excited because I dunno what to do about my car now😂😂 don't want it to sit for years while I'm gone.
Thank you sir, still following your thread, one day I may swap to a supercharged setup like yours myself, I'd be interested to see how it compares to a similar hp turbo car.
Thanks dude, you know it's the Monkey Freight Train 😂😂😂

Nice! Neo gens are awesome considering how inexpensive they are. I'm sure you could make an 11 sec pass on those tires if you got your 60ft down. I used to cut 2.0 60ft times consistently with those tires. Nothing beats a good set of slicks though.

nice numbers and with slicks youll be in the 11's for sure. i hit 12.0 at less power with slicks a few years back. yeah, just get that 60ft down and youll be good!

Thanks man
yeah gonna shoot for a 11.7 on these tires if the track is prepped well again! Going to try to launch it at like 3k this time. This run was just me rolling outta the hole.
With a 24.5 slick I know it has 10's in it! Definitely gonna work on that 60ft!!

Nice setup! Would you say the 3037 is more similar to a 3071 or 3076? If not how is the 3037 different? Do you think that turbo is almost maxed at the 502whp you made at 19psi?
I'm thinking of the same turbo for my piston/rod gsr, stock head. Looking for around 500 max as well

The GT3076R is not maxed out by 502whp and 19psi. I've taken that turbocharger up to about 29psi for about 540whp, but it didn't do anymore after that. The TR3030R (A GT3076R derivative) doesn't max out until a bout 570whp, but is smaller than the GTX3076R (which is actually an abomination IMHO compared to the GTX3071R).
I know that was confusing, but perhaps that gives you a better idea of which is which.

Nice setup. I bet you would realize alot more torque in the low end if you chose a different exhaust manifold (aka mini ram)
